The KXD94 family of accelerometers offers tri-axis, high-performance, ultra-low noise accelerometers that comes factory programmed to a specific full-scale range (from ±5g to ±15g) at a specific DC operating voltage (from 2.5V to 5.25V). KXD94 accelerometers feature three dedicated outputs for X, Y, and Z acceleration data as well as an integrated 4-channel multiplexer allowing a single pin to output acceleration data plus the signal from an auxiliary analog input. In addition, KXD94 accelerometers come with an integrated 1kHz Low-Pass filter and in-series 32kOhm output resistors that allow designers to reduce the signal bandwidth further by connecting external capacitors at the output pins. Finally, self-test functionality and a dedicated enable pin comes standard for all parts in the family. KXD94 accelerometers are offered in a 5x5x1.2 mm DFN 14-pin package with a dedicated ground pad and support operating temperature range from -40°C and up to +125°C.
